It seems to me that each person in the world has seen at least one series from a legendary film about adventures of English spy James Bond. The father and the founder of this world famous superspy is the English writer Ian Fleming. We’ll try to find out how Ian has come to the idea of the superspy. The matter is that Ian Lancaster Fleming was born on May, 28th, 1908 in London in a family of a member of parliament. After graduating from Eton College and Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and an unsuccessful attempt to get a job in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Great Britain Fleming in 1931 got a job at news agency “Reuters” as a journalist. In 1933 Fleming was sent on a business trip to Moscow for process illumination over six English experts accused of espionage. Despite obvious success of the trip Fleming left journalistic activity that year. Probably this trip was the starting point in Fleming’s life. So let’s thank not only Fleming but also Moscow and communism. But let’s return to our superspy James Bond. James Bond also known as “the agent 007″, – the invented English spy who for the first time appeared in books of Ian Fleming and received wide popularity owing to both screen version of these books, and occurrences of this character in the films which shot on plots of other authors. Ian Fleming, having written the first book about James Bond in 1953, then created a set of products with his participation. Do you know where did the name James Bond come from? James Bond, was named after American ornithologist, birds big expert and author of the definitive field guide book Birds. Fleming once said in a interview, “I wanted the simplest, dullest, plainest-sounding name I could find, ‘James Bond’ was much better than something more interesting, like ‘Peregrine Carruthers.’ Exotic things would happen to and around him, but he would be a neutral figure — an anonymous, blunt instrument wielded by a government department.” Who was the original James Bond? Maybe Ian Fleming? Who knows.. Do you know who was first James Bond? Yes, you are right, it was Sean Connery. All James Bond movies starring Sean Connery are Dr. No, From Russia with Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice and Diamonds Are Forever. The Dr. No is the first James Bond film.
The role of James Bond was played by:
This is all names of actors who played James Bond.
It would be desirable to notice that two of the six people who have played James Bond were honored the title of Sir in Great Britain. And five actors of six are English actors. The only “foreigner” in this company is George Lazenby, he is from Australia and as all of us know Australia many years was a colony of England. If earlier for actors it was an honour to play the role of Hamlet, now for any actor it is a huge honour to play the great and elusive James Bond. And certainly any woman in the world dreams to become the role of James Bond’s woman. Do you know who from thousand of actresses the role of women of James Bond receives? If an actress or a model has been invited for the role of James Bond’s girlfriend it becomes the career peak for her. It doesn’t only confirm that the woman possesses very beautiful appearance, but also gives a guarantee of her safe and successful future. And practically for anybody. Certainly I will not list all the girlfriends of Bond, many of these woman are grannies for a long time already. Therefore I will cite as an example those young and very beautiful ones. Probably one of last most remembered woman of the Bond is Halle Berry. She acted in 20 series of the film Die Another Day. Another known actress is Sophie Marceau who acted in the film The World Is Not Enough. For today there have been shot 22 films about English adventures of superspy. The James Bond theme music was written by Monty Norman. Many of us ask, when will James Bond return? Next James Bond movie is planned for 2011. Last two series of the serial differ from the former. In films Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace the role of James Bond was played by the English actor Daniel Craig. In these two last series James Bond became weaker and more vulnerable. If earlier after any mess James Bond was still in a snow-white shirt without a any scratch the new James Bond walks with the swelled up face and with black circles under the eyes. Besides Daniel Craig looks in the role of James Bond less noble and less handsome than other Bonds. Daniel Craig as James Bond is much more realistic. But in any case films have become more interesting and cool. All my friends think that Daniel Craig is the Best James Bond, but I think Sean Connery as James Bond much more better. If you still don’t know who will be the next James Bond, I will give you the answer – Daniel Craig. The separate theme for us – list of James Bond gadgets.
If to count all the expenses for the twenty two films the sum is shocking – $1,123,000,000, and the profit (socko and etc.) has made cash gathering of $11, 615,711,960 Then the net profit from this film is more than ten billions dollars.
